Police Declare Social Media Influencer Wanted Over Girlfriend’s Death In Lagos

The Lagos State Police Command has officially declared Benjamin Best Nnanyereugo, also known as 'KillaBoigram,' as a wanted individual in connection with the tragic murder of his 21-year-old girlfriend, Augusta Onuwabhagbe Osedion.

The announcement was made through the Lagos State Police Command's official social media account. Best Nnanyereugo, who is described as being approximately 5'9 feet tall and hailing from Abia state, is the subject of the police's search.

The statement reads: "The Lagos State Police Command hereby declares wanted Benjamin Best Nnanyereugo. Nnanyereugo is suspected of having murdered his girlfriend, 21-year-old Augusta Onuwabhagbe Osedion, on July 13, 2023, in his Oral Estate, Ajah home. Following the exhaustion of all available options to bring him in, he is declared wanted.

"The suspect is 26 years old, approximately 5'9 ft tall, and hails from Abia State. He is dark in complexion and speaks English, Igbo, and pidgin English fluently."

Benjamin Best, widely known as Killaboigram, had previously confessed to the murder of his partner on social media in July 2023. In his confession, he detailed a heated argument that escalated, leading to him tragically stabbing her to death before leaving the scene.

This declaration by the Lagos State Police Command highlights the seriousness with which law enforcement authorities are treating this case and their commitment to bringing the suspect to justice.
